CDPAP, Consumer Directed Personal Care Program is a New York State Medicaid program that compensates a caregiver of your choice to help you with daily living activities through a fiscal intermediary.

The fiscal intermediary’s role is to reimburse the Personal Assistant through Medicaid for your self-directed care with wages and benefits.

You can qualify for CDPAP if you are:

Elite Choice processes payroll every Friday. We also offer DailyPay through which you can receive payment for the previous day's care.

You will receive your payment every Friday via direct deposit in your bank account.

The amount of hours that you can work depends on the amount of hours that the consumer is approved for and the amount of hours that the consumer hires you to work.

No, you and your consumer will choose your work hours based on the consumer’s needs.

Yes, you get paid time and a half for all overtime worked.
